
APPLE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
3 apples
3 eggs
6 spoonfuls of flour
5 spoonfuls of sugar
1 teaspoonful of yeast
1 teaspoonful of oil
2 spoonfuls of milk
salt , "Marsala" icing, sugar
PREPARATION:
Butter a cake pan, peel and slice the apples and place them onto the bottom of the cake pan. In a bowl, mix the eggs with a touch of salt, sugar, flour and yeast. Add milk, oil and a dash of "Marsala".
Pour the mix onto the apples and cook at 175°C for 45 minutes. To check the cooking stage, stick a toothpick into the mix: if, when removed, the toothpick is dry, the cake will be ready. Sprinkle the top with the icing sugar.
