
VENETIAN STYLE LIVER

INGREDIENTS:
1200gr of calf liver
1200gr of onion
300gr of oil
100gr of flour vinegar
PREPARATION:
Slice the onion, brown it in a fry pan with oil and a few drops of vinegar and allow the liquid to evaporate.
Slice the liver into thin slices, roll them in flour and allow them to flavour in a separate pan for a few minutes. Add the onion, salt, pepper and complete the cooking phase. If necessary add some water.
