
CACCIATORA STYLE RABBIT

INGREDIENTS:
one whole rabbit
500gr of tomatoes
one onion
oil, butter, flour
half a glass of white wine
PREPARATION:
Heat the oil together with the butter and cut-up onion, add the tomatoes in pieces, salt and pepper.
Cook for about ten minutes and add the rabbit that should be cut into smaller pieces and rolled into the flour, pour the wine into the pan and cook for about one and a half hours at low flame and covered with the lid.
If necessary, add some water or stock cube broth. Serve with its cooking own sauce.
